Mohammad Farazian

I am a Ph.D. student at UCSD. I got my BSc. in electrical engineering from Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran in 2001 and my masters in electrical engineering from University of Tehran in 2003. I am currently working toward my Ph.D. in UCSD RFIC group under supervision of Professor Larry Larson and Dr. Prasad Gudem. My research concentrates on circuit design for Ultra-Wide Band (UWB) communications.
